April 22, 2012
Because We Are Catholic – As you are aware, the Catholic Charities Appeal helps provide an array of services to those most in need throughout the Archdiocese. The appeal continues through September. Your generosity makes an important statement as to who we are as members of the Church of Philadelphia. If you have not yet contributed, please consider doing so. It is vitally important that all of us do our best to support the Corporal Works of Mercy as they are provided through the services of Catholic Charities.
The funds provided to the 2012 Catholic Charities Appeal will remain separate and distinct from current Archdiocesan funds and are used exclusively for programs the appeal supports. You may place your donation in the pledge envelope you received from Archbishop Chaput, or in a campaign envelope available in the vestibule, in any Sunday collection.
