PARISH NOTES OF INTEREST
SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM
First & Third Sunday of the month at 12:45 PM - Parents, please call Parish Office to begin preparation for Baptism. Pre Jordan classes are on the last Tuesday of the month in Delaney Hall at 7:00 PM.
SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION
Saturday 3:30 to 4:30 P.M. and by appointment.
SACRAMENT OF THE SICK
Please keep us informed, that we might minister to those who are ill at home, in the hospital or nursing home.
SACRAMENT OF MARRIAGE
Couples planning marriage, please contact parish priest, at least six months prior to the intended date to begin preparations.
COMMUNION CALLS
Our Eucharistic Ministers will gladly bring Eucharist to those unable to attend Mass regularly because of sickness or infirmities.  Please call the Parish Office to make arrangements.
NEWCOMERS
A warm welcome is extended to those who are new in the parish neighborhood. We invite you to stop in the Parish Office to register to become parishioners of St. Genevieve Church.

  Prayful Meditation On The Gospel Of John
There is a group coming together every Thursday night to read, meditate and discuss the Gospel of John, using the guide “John, a Devotional Commentary”.  The group is meeting in Delaney Hall (rectory basement) every Thursday evening at 7:00 PM in January and February.  Everyone is welcome, to pray, read and discuss or just listen. Books are available in the rectory for $17.00 (starting date January 3rd, but latecomers welcome).                    Post Dec 30 2007

  First Meeting of St. Genevieve's Good Samaritan Club

The initial meeting of our new “Good Samaritan Club” will take place on Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at 7:00 PM in Delaney Hall. We will meet to discuss how we can best serve the needs of those in the Parish as well as in the community at large.
